Hi all! I am new here. Found this forum last night and really like what i see so far. Anyway, I picked up cycling as a hobby/exercise over a year ago and really enjoy it. I cycle 3-4x a week averaging between 75-100 miles a week. My boyfriend, brother and other friends have recently got into doing the insanity workout......you know, the crazy one that you see infomercials on.



I really enjoy a challenge and plan on starting it on the 1st.

So first off:

Anyone here done insanity?

How did it affect your cycling routine? Were you able to cycle at all?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
