Today:
B: Oatmeal with protien powder and some almonds
S: Beef jerky and an apple
L: Chicken and 1 cup of chopped up veggies
Walk 1 hour
Spinnerval 45
S: Chocolate milk and some pretzels
D: Chicken with a salad
Frozen fruit.
I have never have posted on this before. I may try just to keep me "honest"
