Today I went into CVS and walked out without buying chocolate or cookies or a mocha frappachino. I had to talk (in my head) to myself the whole time I was in the store, keeping focused on what I was there for, and telling myself not to be lured by the easter displays with mounds of chocolate stuff. I did it. Amazing. I know it sounds really stupid probably, but this is the thing that is hardest for me: being next to junk and not being able to stop buying it or picking it up (at a conference or meeting) and stuffing it in my face.
