B: steel cut oats, egg whites, skim milk, coffee
L: roasted skinless chicken breast sandwich with sprouted bread, small slice of light Irish cheddar, black bean soup, skim milk, coffee
15 minutes warmup on trainer, 60 minute bike ride
S: heated baked apple with no-fat half and half, handful of almonds, small slice of light Irish cheddar
Haven't yet decided what to do for dinner as I am headed for a friends house at 8 to bring in the new year. Made a fruit salad to take but I had better eat something to keep me from eating too much stuff...something light like perhaps some more black bean soup and 1/2 PB sandwich.
More coffee...I NEVER stay up even close to midnight...
