Yesterday was a busy day training-wise! I walked for 45 minutes briskly with my pup, strength trained for an hour, and rode the bike for an hour outside. I hope I ate appropriately!
B: egg white omelet with avocado, red pepper, lowfat cheese. multigrain toast.
Walk with dog!
pre-weight training snack: organic fruit snacks
post -weight training snack: lifeway mango lassi
L: chicken salad, red pepper sticks, apple slices, 1/2 avocado
AS: 1/2 granny smith apple
1 hour bike ride low to moderate intensity
