    B: 2 bites of a Luna Bar before strength/core class, after class, 3 slices low salt ham on a sliced tomato, with cheddar cheese melted on top, half a grapefruit, coffee
    S: more coffee
    L: finished the chicken salad, with some left over ww Israeli cous cous stirred in, half an apple
    S: the rest of the Luna Bar
    D: big bowl of chicken/spinach/chick pea/whole wheat orzo soup, with parmesan
    2 pieces of dark chocolate
