I go through about 2 gallons a week. I drink it at all meals I have at home and, of course with hot/cold cereal. The skim milk took some adjusting to when I started drinking it but I am used to it now. Great protein and calcium source and my body tolerates it now. I hate taking supplements, and with no reproductive system or HRT, I get all of the natural calcium that I can.
