We recently did a 6 day supported bike tour that took us from Petaluma to Healdsburg, then a loop around Healdsburg including Armstrong Woods, from there to Occidental, from Occidental to Sea Ranch (including King Ridge), from Sea Ranch to Bodega Bay and from Bodega Bay back to Petaluma. Six days, 245 miles and 16,753 feet of ascent. More climbing than this flatlander has ever done.
