I've successfully transitioned to running three days a week (9 miles). This week, due to meetings at work, ended up having to run two days in a row (I usually take one day off between runs). No problems with my ankle tendons.![]()
This Sunday will be my first really cold weather run of the season (should be in the 30s). I'm going to start adding distance to my Sunday run - short term goal is to run 10 miles a week. That will be two 3 milers and one 4 miler a week.
