For some reason I am just noticing this thread for the first time. Neat.

Yesterday:

B - Trader Joe's fig cereal bar, coffee
L - 2 fish tacos w/cabbage from food truck (I am addicted)
snack - 2 saltines
D - vodka penne pasta, glass of red wine, mini chocolate-almond biscotti w/herbal tea for desert.

My last little bike outing was Saturday and I ate:

B - Everything bagel with light cream cheese, coffee
Trip to farmer's market and back, 18 miles and very weighted down on way back
L - instant TJ's mac & cheese
snack - local camembert spread on toasted tuscan bread
D - grilled thick-cut pork chop with asian basting sauce and roasted acorn squash with herbs and honey, glass of rose
