I exercise in some way, shape or form...every single day. Sat, Sun, & Mon are my designated riding days where I will ride anywhere from 60-100 miles per day. Tues - Fri are my gym workout days where I do a combination of cardio (running, elliptical, stair machine, bike, etc), weights, ab/core work, and stretching. Once the snow starts flyin' here, I will likely be forced into the gym 7 days a week...until the spring. I will, on occasion, go for a jog/walk outside during the winter if the streets are clear and dry and the temps aren't below freezing...same goes for riding.
