I was camping and mountain biking this weekend, so breakfast was generally cold cereal + banana and coffee, lunch was a chicken sausage cooked at the fire + hot dog bun and multi-grain tortilla chips & hummus. Dinner was whatever I could grab but can't really remember outside of an actual cheeseburger (first one of those in about a year)...several beers with friends.

I also got in 3 hours mountain biking in two days + some hiking. A little over 1 hour of of the riding was pretty hard/intense (for me). A few shot blocks and another couple bananas were consumed.

My eating could have been worse, I think I am starting to work out this eating while camping thing. Certainly better than the LAST time when I came close to bonking
