I'm wondering if pedaling technique can cause sore knees. My knees have been sore the past two weeks. I think honestly I pushed myself too much 2 weeks ago when I tagged on to a group of guys and was going along between 16-18 mph, topping out at 20. I usually don't ride that fast but I thought I challenge myself and had fun seeing the looks on their faces when they saw I was keeping up.
Anyway, I went biking this morning with a friend and she said I was pointing my toes down
I've tried real hard to have good pedaling technique but I seem to be failing miserably. So I obviously need to work on that (heels down! ).
Could this also be causing my sore knees as well?
