Sometimes I think hearing/reading it from others, puts it all into perspective. And you are right on all counts...I did ride very close to 7k miles last year, I do continue to have some bike fit issues, and my sister's illness has been a source of stress. I'm actually glad that you pointed all of those things out to me, because now I won't feel guilty if I allow myself to take it easy now and then.
