+1 on TE's customer service! If you don't have an LBS that carries them, you can try them on (with underwear) and send them back if they don't fit.
And that is the same chamois as in the Neo Power. I get along with it just fine (they're tied for my favorite shorts), and I do NOT get along with bulky chamois at all.
They fit me perfectly in Large. And I just bought a pair of Lucky Brand jeans in size 2.I appreciate LG's honest sizing.
