L: half a ham and low fat provolone sandwich on whole wheat, Dijon mustard, an apple
S: packet of TJ's nuts and cranberries, little piece of Cojita cheese
D: Baked haddock with yogurt/parmesan topping, sweet potato, salad with goat cheese, walnuts, 2 pieces of dark chocolate

I finally got up the nerve to weigh myself today (after vacation and being sick). Not the worst, but I have work to do.
