REI must have stocked up on bike shorts for their anniversary sale. I was amazed how many shorts they had in my size. I bought 5 pairs so I could try them with my bike. I really like liked the way one pair fit and wore them on a 27 mile group ride on Saturday. Talk about awesome. The fit is fantastic, the chamois is perfect, the legs have very wide grippers. No chafing, no bunching, the shorts weren't hot, they stayed in place. They must work well with my saddle 'cause my butt didn't get sore! But I hate the length. 8.5 inch inseam. I have fat ugly thighs so maybe it's blessing in disguise? I bought two of that style because they were on sale for $75 (normally $100). The other three weren't that expensive . . . but I LIKE them all. So how do I choose which ones to keep? I don't have the cash right now for all of them. I don't think I will ever have this luck again!
