Ach, we complained about the cold and rain and now I'll complain about the heat and humidity. It wasn't really hot when I went on my ride, at 74, but at 55% humidity and the rain soaked roads drying up, it was steamy. I realize this is not really hot, but after yesterday, which was 55 and raw/rainy the change is tough on me. I have really learned to deal with riding in the heat a lot more in the past 2 years, but I need a gradual change. I changed my route to shadier, which also meant hillier. I wish it was between 55 and 65 for all of my rides.
