Today I did my first head throb ride~you know, the kind where you finish with a slight pounding headache. I did some hill work my face was beet red and the temp was 79 when I finished. So it seems that the sultry temps of summer will be here before long and the tan lines will be developing.

Anyone else have a head throb ride?
