Yesterday's longer-than-intended bike ride did a number on my legs. So this morning's intended 15 miles turned into a sluggish 8. But I'm not training for anything in particular right now, other than our big July 4th 10k, so no big deal...

Oak, my yoga teacher just did a warrior dash, and now she's hooked. Being a total non-runnner, she found that simply running that far was the hardest obstacle of the event!
