I'm not actually part of the challenge. I'm to the point where the weight is very slow to come off, but I'm very excited because I weighed in at 142 this morning - 16% body fat now.That's 13 pounds since Nov. 1.
I'm eating more now to support my training. Basically a higher percentage of carbs so I really don't expect to see change. Still, every pound I lose is less I have to bike and run with.
