at class I had more coffee, plate of melon
went out to lunch at an Indian restaurant. I couldn't say no to going out with friends... I had a little bit of 3 of the vegetarian dishes at the buffet and one chicken leg. No rice and two little pieces of naan.

before ride, late PM, a slice of whole wheat bread and margerine

striped bass with seafood rub, sweet potato, salad with goat cheese, walnuts, cranberries, 2 pieces dark chocolate. 1.5 glasses of rose wine.
