Today:

B: two scrambled egg whites with one whole egg, 1 slice turkey bacon, 1 slice sprouted wheat toast
L: TJ chicken garlic sausage, 1 piece sprouted bread, large helping steamed broccoli

Pre-ride snack: banana/PB/sprouted bread sandwich

30 mile bike ride - and it was awesome!

Post ride snack - 1 cup low fat milk with 4 tortilla chips

D: roasted, skinless chicken breast with salad (romaine lettuce, carrots, onion, tomato, balsamic vinegar dressing) and two stalks celery. 1 beer.

Am craving hot chocolate for some reason, trying to decide if I can justify the additional carbs... I need to relearn how to eat after my long rides, they will only get longer If I made it with low fat milk, would that be so bad? Probably, sigh.
