L: Greek yogurt (non fat) with blueberries, cranberries, walnuts
S: trail mix (more nuts and cranberries)
S: half a whole wheat bagel and soy nut butter
D: 2 very thin pork tenderloins with an apple type sauce (DH made this), salad, cous cous, 2 squares dark chocolate

I'm still kind of hungry. I had a crisis on my way out the door at work and then I had to give a presentation in class, so I didn't eat all of my lunch (the half a bagel was part of my lunch). I was almost late and had to eat my snack in class, instead of before.
