yesterday:
B: plain non fat greek yogurt with blueberries, walnuts, and dried cranberries, orange, V-8, coffee
S: cheese (Marquesa, I think)
L: salad with lettuce, 2 slices chicken and one slice low salt ham, low fat cheddar, oil and vinegar. a Pink Lady apple and water
S: Luna bar and trail mix with nuts and cranberries between 3 and 6 PM
D:shredded white meat chicken breast with a spicy/sweet sauce (ketchup, cumin, allspice, etc) on one slice of good whole wheat bread, side of cole slaw, 2 squares dark chocolate, water

Today, so far,
B: egg white omelette with low fat cheddar and a teeny bit of red pepper jelly, grapefruit half, coffee, V-8
L: can of tuna in olive oil, red peppers, orange and a piece of cheese, water

Snacks for when I am at school.. package of trail mix as above, slice of whole wheat bread with low fat cheese
Dinner will be homemade soup with escarole, white beans, turkey sausage in a chicken broth base. not sure what else, DH is in charge tonight.
