today's was fairly typical steel cut oatmeal, banana, apple, 1 slice homemade whole wheat bread with dill relish and turkey cold cuts and a serving of rice and almond crackers with hummus as a snack. Dinner however was exceptionally tasty- moroccan style chicken, spiced with tumeric, cinnamon,ginger and garlic with raisins, olives, onion, garlic and homemade moroccan preserved lemons as a garnish on couscous.
