This clarifies the part about the amount of clenbuterol in his urine being 40x less than the WADA minimum. Since it does not occur naturally in humans, any amount is considered a positive test result. The WADA standard refers to a lab's ability to detect the substance.
Anyway, as is also pointed out, this story will drag on for a while.
