It's still two weeks away so my chances are not quite nil, but let's say I won't buy a train ticket ahead of time. Fingers crossed. If I come I'll bring a bike and also plan a book-shopping trip at the Elliott Bay Bookstore.

ETA: Processing is supposed to take 20 business days so don't expect me on the 9th of October. We could arrange another pre-Christmas shopping trip though. By December I'll have my bicycles. Found out today the housing market in New Orleans is dead, no one is even looking. So my realtor is going to try to rent out my house. Plan B for me, find a rental for the next several months, either a house or an apartment - but I need a garage for all my extra stuff I'm sure by the time a December bike ride rolls around, I'll need more wool.
