I'm usually the one arguing that our time is worth something, too, but I've changed my mindset about that a lot since we moved in together as I've gained more confidence in his ability to do the work.

He's checking with our local utilities about any incentives they offer. Otherwise, we should qualify for the federal tax credit and a state credit of $1,000. That'll help for sure.
