Last Christmas I ordered 2 balaclavas from Sierra Trading Post. I got 2 shipments of 2 balaclavas (only charged once). I was going to send them back but I was afraid we'd get a credit for something we hadn't paid for, so I called them. They weren't sure what to do with the call. Finally a manager got on the line. He said they never had to deal with people reporting an over-shipment, and to keep the extra ones. Merry Christmas!
