He makes some great tasty, creative dishes. Some dishes way tastier than others, even it might sound wierd.

For instance sample dishes he's invented:

*Blueberry salad dressing --with a touch of espresso powder. Actually tasty.
*Eggplant pannini sandwich with fresh basil, blue cheese and tomato. Yummy.
*Now, it's sauteed red beets, green beans..and abit of crumbled cheese. Not sure what the end result will be.
