Hi,

I used to hang around these boards a few years back. Then I broke my collarbone skiing, had surgery, and then a frozen shoulder during rehab.

This week I have been running a swimming a lot. 2 weeks ago I looked at my dusty road bike and decided to take her into the shop for a clean up and a tune up. I have ridden twice. My swimming, while not what it was 20 years ago, is better than it was when I was doing tris in '06. My running is also stronger than it was in '06.

Out of nowhere I had an email in my box last week that there was still time to register for Chicago, which is weird, it used to sell out by spring. I signed up for the sprint.
