Just wondering if anyone out there has used or uses BMX tracks for some mtb skills? A few of the good mtn bikers in our area have suggested venturing to one & having a go.

It's all part of my goal for improving certain skills and in this case, momentum & dips on trails. (hard to explain without showing the exact bit of trail.....) Is 1hr each week sufficient time??
