Running in the Heat--July 5 - 11

We did a 50 min run this morning. Dare I say....it was hot and humid.

At the end of the run, this wet stuff started to fall from the sky. We had no idea what it is...I went home and googled it. It is a substance called rain. I have heard of it before, but not seen it.....

It fell for about 30 mins before it stopped and the big, yellow heat-o-lator in the sky came back out ...... and cooked my brain.....

Sometimes the summer rain is a relief, and sometimes it just makes it seem more hot.
