I have a new pair, without tags, of kids black cannondale shorts size small. They have a coolmax chamois and the tag says a small is 4-6 (website says 4-5).
My son has not exactly taken to cycling - yet- and they have been sitting in a drawer. The tags were removed but they were not worn nor washed. Waist unstretched is 16", website says it's for a 21-22" waist. They look like doll clothes
