You'll both find you won't want to eat much - it's pretty thick and very rich, but it's exactly what the body is looking for when nothing else will do. Also, it has no dairy in it - yet another reason I can eat it. And not only does Whole Foods carry it - they carry several of the different flavours - so try them all!
