Starting weight: 225. 4. Bah.
I'm going to aim to cut back/burn 1000 calories a day but if I only do 700 I'll be happy with myself.If I ride for an hour and don't make any bad food choices I should be good. Although, most days I only ride for 30-40 minutes (my commute) I guess I'll just see how this week plays out
