I live where moisturizer is supplied free, in the air. Nothing quite like biking through 90% + humidity.
To me "low" humidity is something around 60%.
My issues are that the skin is happy, lungs not so much on high humidity days.


I pretty much use the same basic lotion I use every day, which currently is the 365 lotion from WF (lavender).
