I just discovered this website after being asked by my nutritionist to record what I eat for a week. I was curious about the amount of calories in the 12 grain bagel that I consume every morning and I googled it. It landed me on this site. You can register for free, and input what you eat throughout the day - it breaks things down for you, tells you how much protein, fat, etc. that you are getting (or not getting). I have only used it for two days but it looks great. It is helping me realize that I am not getting enough of certain nutrients (mine if too little protein, to much fat). There is a lot on this site - along the bar underneath the Nissan ad, there is a place where a pull down menu says 'My Plate'.
