I agree with Emily. This reminds me of when I was mountain biking with a group of guys regularly while I lived in El Paso (talk about macho country!). I led several rides after a while, and one of the guys (and older gent) gave me a sticker that said, "Girls Kick ***". It was a badge of honor. I put it on my bike.
