Saw a cool thing while out on my run this morning-- a mom and two girls in catholic school plaid riding bikes to school. All in helmets, btw! The older girl in front, then the younger, and mom bringing up the rear, with backpacks peeking out of her panniers. Awesome! I also fell in with a college women's soccer team out on a training run for about a mile-- they may be nearly 20 years younger, but I kept up. They were a neat bunch of kids...

All in all, 5 eventful and pleasant miles...
