I've only been riding since the beginning of this year and I've dropped from 139 pounds to 126/127. I started off riding an amf bike but now I have Nina, my Trek road bike. I'm biking between 40-50 miles on the weekends alone and have recently developed an ungodly craving for hot fudge sundaes. I am a vegetarian and I honestly try to limit my sugar intake but I find myself trembling like some sugar addict if I don't feed this craving! I've tried eating yogurt with granola instead but there's something about Smucker's Hot Fudge that really does it for me. You know? I feel really dirty after eating the sundae, so dirty, and not in a good way either. I can't go on like this, please help me, I need an intevention!
