For those who live in Saint Louis... if you haven't been to the Bagel Factory (at Olive blvd and Mosley Rd in Creve Coeur) you really ought to check it out. They have the best bagels in the city! They're boiled NY style so they're essentially fat free. Anyway, I rode my bike the 14-15 miles out there and finally rode the entire stretch of Delmar to Price Rd. There are some monster hills once you get out past Hanley! Oh man! I was really excited to discover that I didn't even flinch on those hills (or drop into the Granny)

All in all, I got in 30 miles today... all before the heat set in! It was just 75 when I left this morning at 7. Woo!
