hmm... I tried some intervals today. It was difficult to get my heart rate to even stay at 158-160 consistently, partly because I'd lose focus, but also because there's not really a stretch of road that "lasts 10 minutes", without disturbance.
Better to do that on the trainer? Silly me...
also I test-drove (ahem rode) the tri shorts and they still ride up on my thighs and it looks nasty. But I have to use them. Grr. DBF has my piston shorts that don't do it.
