Wow! Thanks for the encouragement everyone. No, portions sizes have actually decreased a bit. Maybe that's why my legs ache today. More protein perhaps??? I'm not riding this morning, because of the hollow aching. Besides, I'd be bicycle commuting to my clinical rotation (nursing student) and I with this hollow feeling, I doubt I'd be able to stand all day as well as ride. Still it feels good to be doing this in a healthy manner.
