So I was going through some old pictures I had stored on the computer, and found one of me from way before I started biking. Cripes! What a tremendous improvement I have seen in the last few months! Heck, at the beginning of March I had NO bikes, now I have threeThen, I was over 200 pounds at 5'2". Now, I've lost over 25 pounds, lost a lot of fat and gained a lot of muscle. Lost three sizes too....and I still feel like I've only just begun.
