I just walked to the grocery store, and it's a intense here this St. Patty's day. I saw a near miss between 2 cars, which led to some swearing by the drunk jerk at fault. Then I saw a little girl fall down some stairs (not drunk, just clumsy) and she screamed her head off. After that, I saw a young woman sitting on the street, barefoot, out of it, and it's maybe 40º. I'll not guess what her condition is now, and hour later. More cussing at strangers by another guy followed, while I overheard some kids talking about the eggs they were going to throw. And this was all while it was still light.

I'm staying put.
