I had a 10 mile trail run on sunday. I would say it was nice, but it was pouring rain the whole time, extremely muddy, and the temperature was dropping Afterwards, I finished and showered, DH and I went to get pancakes, and all of the snow hit the southeast (we are in atlanta)....Glad I got the run in :-) I certainly felt like I earned those pancakes...WITH fresh whipped cream! I had 8 miles last night that were really fun. The friend I run with didn't want to brave the rain and puddles on Sunday, but joined in again last night More swimming and biking for the next few days! Enjoy your running!
