I was out and about for 1:20 today. Towards the end I actually got pudding legs so I know I went as far as I can right now. Ended up 12 km - a whopping 6:30min/km... (hey... it could be worse.)
Still have to do my maintenance (cf. healing thread).
Are you sure that's right? Is your monitor working right? Don't want to disappoint or worry you, but hat would be about 5K race pace for me and I could not hold that for very long. Mind you I was probably around 150, not the 135 I should have on a long run.
