I have to describe my ride yesterday morning..When i left my house at 515am(i do a longer ride before work) it was already about 23C+ or so plus a bit stickly. As I ventured down the bike path, i could taste the heat and was so glad that i didn't have to do an long ride after work!! I thought that the weather forecast mentioned a Nor Easterly breeze and hoped that once I met the Swan River Bike Path that it might be blowing. Nup, not so..

I definitely went through my two bottles!!!

It reached 39C yesterday & decided not to be a woos and take the train part way home. There's no shade near the bike path & end up miserable when my legs feel as if they're going to burn up & my eyes hurt (even with sunnies on). All i want to do is go slowly in the heat but it would take forever...

Tomorrow's going to be 31C..ahhhh Nice day for an 80Km+ ride
